Bari Tessler, M.A., Founder, Lead Financial
Therapist and Workshop Facilitator
Bari is the Founder and Co-Developer
of Conscious Bookkeeping, LLC. She is
the facilitator for all of the Level I
Courses, which are an integration of Financial
Therapy and Values-Based Bookkeeping Training.
The Level I process is offered live and
via Tele-Course. Bari is also our Lead
Financial Therapist working with individuals,
couples and families. Additionally, she
offers many presentations on the philosophy
and methodology of Conscious Bookkeeping.

Bari and Co-Director Joetta work closely
together on developing the curriculum
and overall direction and vision of Conscious
Bookkeeping and find the right people
to make it all happen. Bari and Joetta
are on a mission to grow a successful
and sustainable organization that is deeply
satisfying for everyone involved. They
are in the midst of creating a Conscious
BookkeepingCertification program for Bookkeeping
Trainers, Financial Coaches and Financial
Therapists, and will be launched in 2008.

Joetta Marie Johnson, Co-Director, Lead
Financial Coach and Workshop Facilitator
Joetta is Co-Owner and Co-Developer
of Conscious Bookkeeping, LLC. She is our
Lead Financial Coach supporting many individuals,
couples, families and organizations. Joetta
is also the creator and facilitator of the
Map of Intention process, which is an integration
of Budgeting, Visioning, Values, Intentions,
Goals and Numbers. She offers the MOI process
both in her Financial Coaching sessions
and through the Level II Courses, which
are conducted live and via Tele-Course.
She is located in Marin. Joetta travels
to San Francisco and Berkeley and offers
all of her services over the phone. Check

Kristina Proctor, Client Support Services
Kristina is your first point of contact
for all Conscious Bookkeeping resources
and services. She answers all incoming questions
about our organization and educates potential
clients about our vision and purpose. She
will help you to identify whether you need
Financial Therapy, Financial Coaching, Bookkeeping
Training or Classes. If you decide to work
with one of our associates, she will match
you up with the best Conscious Bookkeeping
associate to fit your needs or get you working
with Freida, our Course Manager for class
enrollment. While you are working with our
associates, Kristina is your contact for
any questions or needs that arise along
the way. She will also coordinate contract,
payment and scheduling details. Kristina
has worked with Conscious Bookkeeping since
the beginning stages, has her own Conscious
Bookkeeping practice and is a great person
to talk to about your own process.

Christine Palen, Financial Coach
Christine specializes in financial organization
- creating customized systems to support
you in managing your finances. She also
offers phone services. She coaches clients
on life and work priorities and designing
their calendar and checkbook around what
matters most. She trains clients with two
of the most popular finance software programs
around- Quicken and Quickbooks. Her mission
is to empower "Financial Freedom"
whether you¹re on a budget or have
comfortable bank balances. In 2003 she traveled
round-the-world for one year thanks to her
"Successful Savings Plan." Christine
inspires and encourages values-based living.

Lindsay Dyson, Bookkeeping Trainer
Lindsay is a Bookkeeping Trainer in Sonoma
County, who travels to Marin and is an expert
trainer over the phone. She focuses on self-employed
consultants, writers, coaches and healers
who work from their home and want their
bookkeeping to support what they are up
to in their lives and their integrity. She
trains people on Quicken and Quickbooks,
using both Apple and Windows OS, and knows
all of the features, including the investment
area. She loves to reconcile accounts, create
reports, categorize your expenses to maximize
your tax deductions and facilitate your
accounting to reduce your debt load.

Eva Konigsberg, EA, MBA, Financial Coach
and
Bookkeeping Trainer
Eva is one of our financial coaches
and bookkeepers who lives in Oakland and
works in the East Bay. She also offers phone
services and is available to work with folks
in her comfortable office. Eva is passionate
about helping people heal their attitudes
about money, understand how money flows,
run profitable ventures and grow their nest
eggs. She is an Enrolled Agent, which is
an IRS designation that means she is a professional
tax preparer who represents taxpayers under
audit or in dispute with the IRS. She has
assisted small business and nonprofits and
taught bookkeeping for over ten years. She
is also a trained life-coach. She works
with individuals and teams (be they solo
entrepreneurs, business partners or couples.)
Her mission to help folks overcome their
anxiety around numbers and put financial
practices in place that lead to the fulfillment
of their dreams.
