We will help you create new patterns and habits in your day-to-day life — we know how hard a new practice can be, and this is no different. We know the likely challenges you will face (practical, emotional, and psychological) and can help you to move through them.

Through Conscious Bookkeeping training, you will:

• Learn to use Quicken and Quickbooks to track and monitor your finances
• Identify your life values and rename your categories to reflect this, so that “rent” could become “home” and “food” could become “nourishment”, etc.
• See how your finances might be working against your values
• Be mentored in creating new daily, weekly, and monthly habits
• Become fully conscious of exactly where your money goes
